Keith has over eight years of valuation and transactional experience as an intermediary, executive, and entrepreneur. Keith is responsible for valuing and preparing hundreds of businesses for sale throughout the State of California. His areas of expertise include distributorships, industrial manufacturing, engineering, and contracting companies. Since 2002, the total enterprise value of the businesses that Mr. Campbell either sold, financed, or valued is over fifty million dollars. Currently, Mr. Campbell oversees all of Exodus’ merger and acquisition assignments and arranges senior debt financing for small business transactions ranging from half million to three million dollars. 

Prior to starting Exodus Business Solutions, Mr. Campbell was the owner of a contract and installation company located in San Diego, which he sold in 1997. Mr. Campbell received an Honorable Discharge from United States Marine Corps in 1989 and has an Associates of Arts degree, a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BA) with a dual degree in Business Management (BM)- keith@exodus1.com

Chris Christopher has over two decade’s of transactional experience as an investment banker, executive, and attorney.  Mr. Christopher, in conjunction Mr. Campbell, oversees all of Exodus’ merger and acquisition activities.  In addition to his transactional experience, Mr. Christopher sits on the board as an executive of several manufacturing and distribution companies. He has significant experience representing clients in structuring and closing highly negotiated merger and acquisition transactions.
